It is the coconut milk that gives this dish its creaminess as well as added flavor.

There is also the addition of green beans, which adds a crunch to every bite as well as color. The great thing about these dishes is that they can be tailored to suit your taste. That is why I also added canned salmon to this recipe. It is easy to manipulate the ingredients and still maintain the deliciousness. Instead of salmon, you could use shredded chicken or the protein of your choice. You could also omit the meat altogether and add more varieties of vegetable.
